Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Construction Assistant. This entry-level position will involve assisting with various construction tasks related to our outdoor living projects. The ideal candidate will possess physical strength and endurance, as well as the ability to learn and follow instructions. Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the construction of custom-designed outdoor living spaces, including sunrooms, patio covers, pergolas, and retractable screens
Operate construction equipment and tools under the supervision of experienced team members
Follow instructions from project managers and lead construction workers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
Requirements:
Physical strength and endurance to perform manual labor tasks
Ability to learn and follow instructions accurately and efficiently
Basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
