Local independently owned Servpro franchise is looking for 3 talented crew chiefs to join their growing company. The duties for a crew chief are to supervise and guide the technicians on jobs that require water extraction and demolition and removal of sheetrock, flooring, personal items ect due to water or fire damage. Servpro is an emergency response company so crew chiefs work on a rotating on call schedule over the weekends. Work hours are 730am to 430pm + overtime and paid bonuses for EMS calls over weekends.
Candidates with restoration services experience is preferred but previous construction or demolition experience is accepted as well
