This position is for select candidates with extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential repair and renovation. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work, not just getting it done. There is no on job training. Must know plumbing, electric, carpentry, tile, sheetrock, painting, doors/windows, and anything else that could go wrong in someone's home. Requires an energetic, self-motivated, courteous, and independent person. Must be able to solve problems on your own. Having your own tools is a requirement. Qualified candidates will be compensated well according to skill level.
Day to day
DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK A MUST!
Candidate will report in the mornng to first job
Assess customer's home and anything they need done.
If necessary, go to pick up supplies for job using company credit card
Return to do work needed
Clean up and go through work completed with customer to ensure everything was done as expected.
Collect Payment.
Move on to the next job
Expectations
Candidate will be expected to be competent in all aspects of handywork
If something comes up that candidate is unfamiliar with, he/she will call to ask for assistance.
Must show up to work in a presentable fashion.
Must be friendly and courteous to all customers
