Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Marble and Granite Technicians and Assistants to join our team. Each position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing top-quality service to our clients.
Technician Responsibilities:
Restore and refinish surfaces using advanced techniques and equipment
Repair defective edges, polish walls, and perform various countertop treatments
Conduct meticulous cleaning, polishing, and sealing processes
Handle countertop seam repairs, chip and crack fixes, and stain removal
Capable to operate a floor machine
Able to use a caulk gun to apply silicone and caulk neatly
Maintain clean and organized work areas and non-smoking company vehicles
Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist Technicians with restoration and maintenance tasks as directed
Prepping the work areas with drop cloths, floor tarps, and panel coverings
Keep the work area clean and organized
Capable to operate a floor machine
Able to use a caulk gun to apply silicone and caulk neatly
Able to read a tape measure accurately
Maintain non-smoking company vehicles and keep them clean and organized
Learn and support the trade to progress to Technician level
Salary:
For Technicians:
Compensation based on skill level, ranging from $23-30/hr
Tips and bonuses
Paid weekly via direct deposit
For Assistants:
Compensation based on skill level, ranging from $18-22/hr
Tips and bonuses
Paid weekly via direct deposit
Requirements:
Valid NJ Driver's license and legal immigration status
Ability to pass a background check
Neat, reliable, and professional demeanor
Capacity to lift up to 75lbs periodically
Experience with stone surface restoration preferred
Schedule:
Full-time position: Monday-Thursday, 8 AM - 6 PM (part-time positions also available)
