Experience in construction, mechanical, plumbing or electrical trades is a plus.
-Residential and commercial service and installation
-Hands on outside work.
-Ability to report on repairs, outcomes etc and communicate is required
-Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and climb a ladder and bring assignments to completion.
-have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
