General Contractor in Bergen & Ocean County NJ is seeking Hand on Principal/LEAD skilled, hands on for various duties. Must have a valid driver licenses and 3-5 years hands on experienced in the following;
Team Lead (Act as Lead, MUST BE ABLE TO READ PLANS, setup material and crew and be expected to work aside them as a the Lead)
Must have:
Carpentry – Framing, Installing windows, stairs, etc…
Siding, Soffit, Facia experience with Fiber Cements, Aluminum, Vinyl Siding, Soffit, facia and able to install with craftmanship.
Some Masonry, Carpentry, Electrical and Plumbing experience would be also considered but not the primary role for this position.
Ability to safely operate a large (under CDL) hook lift truck, excavator and skid steer if needed would also be a plus.
Seeking a responsible and trustworthy person with his own reliable transportation to lead a crew thru the different phases of residential and/or commercial construction.
