We are seeking a Licensed (7b) Termite Technician to perform termite inspections, treatments, and preventive services at client locations throughout Central New Jersey. As a Termite Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and eliminating termite infestations and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply treatments, including liquid barriers, and other approved methods, to effectively eliminate termite infestations.
Educate customers on termite prevention and maintenance to protect their property long-term.
Complete all service documentation, including inspection findings, treatments performed, and recommendations.
Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment according to safety guidelines.
Communicate professionally with customers to answer questions, explain services, and provide guidance on termite prevention.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; additional certification or training in pest control is a plus.
Experience as a termite technician or in pest control is a must.
Must have a valid New Jersey driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems on-site.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces or attics.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
