Hello,
We are a reputable company who has years of experience in Masonry, Hardscaping, Excavation and heavy equipment operation.
We predominantly work in the Middletown, Holmdel, Colts Neck, Keyport, Union Beach, Atlantic Highlands, Leonardo and Keansburg area (someone local would be a big plus). We rarely travel outside of Monmouth County.
We offer the following and are looking for someone who is skilled in these areas or at worse the vast majority of them:
Paver Patios (3, 4, 7 piece kits, copings, borders)
Retaining Block
Foundation Installations and repairs (Parging, water proofing etc.)
Curb removals and installations
Concrete removal and installations (driveways, walkways, sidewalks etc.)
Outdoor kitchen builds
Steps
Retaining block built accessories such as pillars, steps
Belgian block and other border stones installs
Sewer line excavation and pipe lay
Outdoor kitchens, firepits, sitting walls, pillar mailboxes, etc.
Track Loader apparatus services: tillings, soil conditioning, brush cutting/land clearing, asphalt milling, grading, general excavation, etc.
Fence Installation
We seek a highly skilled hard working individual who does not need to be micro managed. We need someone who we can give the details of the job to, who as the ability to read plans if necessary or can read an email, go there and do the job.
Please see the below requirements and skills necessary for this position (we understand that not everyone will have all skills or background in these areas, if you don't have a background in 1 or 2 of the below please don't don't let that stop you from applying) :
Ability to be punctual and precise
Valid Driver License
No Prior DUI or DWI
The ability to pass a drug/background test
Your own vehicle or means of transportation to get to job locations (pick up truck or cargo van a plus)
Ability to operate a truck (possibly manual transmission) with a trailer on the back (CDL a plus)
Ability to load machinery onto trailer and transport by yourself
The ability to read and write English
A social security number or other legal tax identification to receive payment as this is a position in which you will receive a check
A smartphone that you can use to view any pictures, plans and to use as GPS for travel to different job locations
Ability to operate a track loader (Bobcat/Skid Steer) and Mini Excavator
Ability to operate a concrete saw and make intricate cuts (owning own tools a big plus)
Compensation is commensurate upon experience and will be discussed
