We're looking for more than just a pair of hands—we want someone who takes pride in their work and isn’t afraid to get a little wet!
What You’ll Do:
Prep boats for the season, including bottom painting
Launch and block boats
Remove shrink wrap
Assist mechanics with light mechanical tasks
Clean, polish, and perform routine boat maintenance
Maintain the yard and organize tools, vehicles, and the shop
What We’re Looking For:
Prior marina or automotive experience (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and basic hand tools
Dependable and punctual, with a strong attention to detail
A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
