All Around Construction, a family-owned company based in Belmar, NJ with 35+ years in custom residential work, is hiring a skilled Mason with a focus on finish work. We specialize in high-end exterior details — no large-scale block work, just clean, tight finishes that elevate a project.
Scope of Work:
Paver installation (walkways, patios, driveways)
Brick work (steps, edging, veneer)
Cultured stone and natural stone veneer
Small concrete pads, stairs, and repairs
Detail-oriented finish work with an emphasis on clean lines and tight joints
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant masonry experience
Strong understanding of base prep, pitch, and layout
Ability to work independently and meet high-quality standards
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-focused
