As a result, we are currently looking to hire skilled and reliable contractors specializing in home additions, add-a-level projects, roof raising, and extensions. Our goal is to find a professional team that can manage and execute complex home remodeling projects from start to finish.

Scope of Work:
Home Additions: Construction of new rooms or expansions to existing structures, including foundations, framing, and integration with current architecture.
Add-a-Level: Removal of existing roof structures and construction of additional stories to existing homes. This includes structural assessment, new floor planning, and staircase integration.
Raise-a-Roof: Modification of existing roof lines and structures to increase headroom or change the home's aesthetic. This involves complex roofing, truss work, and ensuring structural integrity.
Extensions: Building out or across to increase floor space, involving excavation, foundation work, exterior construction, and significant alterations to the home’s layout.
Contractor Requirements:
Licensing: Must be fully licensed to perform construction and remodeling work in [insert state/city]. Proof of licensing will be required.
Insurance and Workers' Compensation: Must carry active liability insurance and workers' compensation for all team members to ensure safety and risk management.
Experience: Candidates should provide a portfolio of previous work that includes similar projects, highlighting their capabilities in handling complex home remodeling tasks.
References: Must be able to provide references from previous clients for whom they have completed home addition projects.
