We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Electrical Salesman/Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting, selling, and servicing residential electrical systems and products to our valued customers. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, technical proficiency, and outstanding customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships with residential clients to understand their electrical needs and preferences, generating leads and opportunities for sales.
Conduct thorough on-site assessments to evaluate existing electrical systems and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to each client's requirements.
Prepare accurate and competitive proposals, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products and services to clients.
Coordinate closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively educate clients and promote our services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential electrical sales and/or service, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Thorough understanding of residential electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Electrical license or certification preferred but not required.
