You will be responsible for answering client calls, entering client information into our software (CXT) contacting couriers and arranging services. You may be asked to occasionally make a pick-up or delivery locally
Requirements:
Sense of Urgency
Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)
Internal and external communication
Previous Customer service experience
Previous CXT experience would be helpful
Knowledge of geography
