PAY & BENEFITS:
$60,000.00/Year.
Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit.
5 Days of PTO.

OPERATION MANAGER DUTIES:
Will be scheduling and supervising drivers.
Be responsible for recruiting and training new drivers as certified driver trainers do.
Have knowledge of safety DOT regulations and rules and an understanding of Driver Supervisor responsibilities.
Be familiar with ELD logs and technology systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 21 years or older.
Must have 5 years of CDL B Motor Coach driving experience with passenger and airbrake endorsements.
2-3 years of Operation Manager experience.
Logistics experience is preferred.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have excellent fleet management skills and the ability to use tech to schedule drivers.
Have knowledge of safety and DOT rules/regulations.
