The pay ranges between $69.00 - $73.00 an hour!
Required Skills:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Overall understanding of web development including HTML5, CSS and JavaScript languages.

Strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and tailor their communication to different audiences (based on seniority, technical knowledge etc.).
Strong Technical understanding in deploying campaigns on Salesforce technology solutions, Specifically on Interaction Studio with knowledge of the broader omnichannel ecosystem (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CDP, Sales Cloud, Veeva CRM, Media DSPs/Ad Servers).
Strong organizational, consulting, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of supporting cross-platform integrations and digital projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members.
Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Experience of building and deploying solutions across markets and/or brands preferable.
Overall understanding with other CXPs/CDPs would be a plus.
Project Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in an omni-channel, cross cloud Salesforce environment and needs to have a strong background in Interaction Studio data architecture, campaigns and integrations.
Global Campaign Manager will report to Data & Platform Strategy Lead and will work with the business stakeholders, IT, Omnichannel capability teams, agencies, and vendors to launch the capability for additional US brands and ex-US markets.
Global Campaign Manager will be operating as a liaison between different teams to understand the business context, translate the business requirements into technical requirements and help the organization execute on a n=1 omnichannel marketing vision that personalizes customer's experience an omnichannel ecosystem.
Work closely with Data & Platform Strategy Lead, IT, Interaction Studio Solution Architect, data vendors, Omnichannel capability teams and agencies to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Guide business stakeholders for best-in-class practices, roadmaps, use cases of Interaction Studio's real time retargeting, dynamic content personalization, Digital Affinity Scoring and Next Best Experience.
Act as a primary contact to expand the new Interaction Studio Capability for additional US brands and ex-US markets.
Oversee execution of Interaction Studio's integrations with AI Engine, CDP, Veeva, SFMC, Pulse Point, Media Ad servers.
Oversee technical development and maintenance of Interaction Studio Capability and Guide Solution Architect to develop site mapping by properly determining content zones, listeners, page types & create proper product categories, segments, catalogs based on use cases.
Help Data & Platform Strategy lead, to maintain and update capability operating models, roadmaps, standards and strategic oversights.
Provide thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert of the capability.
Manage platform demoes and roadshows.
