As a key member of our technical team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers' robotic systems operate at peak performance by:Installing, commissioning, servicing, and repairing Lely robotic milking systems and related technologiesCarrying out preventative maintenance and performance optimisation activities (full training provided)Diagnosing and troubleshooting low-voltage electrical and mechanical faultsResponding to technical issues and delivering practical solutions in real-timeParticipating in a 24/7 on-call roster to support our customers when they need us mostBuilding trusted relationships with farmers and providing exceptional customer serviceManaging spare parts inventory and maintaining your vehicle serviceContributing to the successful rollout of new technologies across New Zealand farms
