Skills required:
Should have understanding of authentication and authorization
Should have experience of working as a technical PM in IAM for 15+ years. (70% focus on technical leadership and 30% on project/programme management)
Understanding of how security protocols works
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in SSO and Federation protocols. RadiKerberose Authentication protocols, Azure MFA, PKI
Good understanding of LDAP and AD.
Good knowledge on Unix servers, Devops, Agile methodologies.
Good communication skills, good presentation and solutioning skills
Responsibilities:
Work as IAM technical project manager to customer with 70% focus on technical leadership and 30% on project/program management.
Act as a single point of contact for customer leadership to manage all the IAM projects under the preview
Provide technical thought leadership to modernize the IAM platforms and solutions with expert knowledge on Authentication and Authorization, Federation solutions (RadiKerberose Authentication protocols, Federation, MFA, PKI).
Good knowledge on unix servers, Devops, Agile methodologies
Assign, track and priorities tasks to all the resources in the team including Cognizant and customer resources.
Drive the team to deliver the projects on time, provide technical guidance, share best practices, review the solutions and estimates
Work with customer to prepare and present status reports, solutions proposals to customer executive leadership.
Coordinate with different stakeholders, resolve dependencies and issues.
