As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing function and manage a team of four, overseeing both strategy and execution across all channels.This is a key leadership role where you will play an important part in shaping how the brand shows up in market, while directly influencing sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.  Key responsibilities include:Leading and delivering the brand and marketing strategyDriving customer growth, sales performance, and marketing ROIManaging integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-store channelsLeading, coaching, and developing a team of 4 marketing staffActing as a brand ambassador, including on-camera content and social media presenceOverseeing eCommerce and marketing platforms (Shopify and Klaviyo experience highly valued)Identifying and executing opportunities to expand into new markets and customer segmentsThis part time role (30 hours per week) role suits someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-moving retail environment
