Job Title: Jr Desktop Support consultant Duration: Long term Location: Hopewell NJ Key Skills: Desktop Support, Audio Video Experience Good Communication Skills is Must Rate Hourly :$15-17/hr on W2 Job Responsibilities : Provide technical support and training to customers during deskside visits or at the Walkup Center Performs Root Cause anaylsis, development of checklists for typical problems and controls for problem prevention Works in a team setting, sharing information and assisting others Perform system testing for various internal and external applications, functionality, hardware, software, and potential fixes. Analyze technical trends, may create appropriate reports and/or recommend resolution for addressing recurring incidents. Create, maintain, and deploy laptops and mobile devices.
