Total Rewards Specialist, Design & Process
The Total Rewards Specialist, Design & Process is responsible for supporting the analytics, business process evaluation, and project management responsibilities of the Company Global Flexible Work Strategy ("Company Flex"). The Total Rewards Specialist coordinates with multiple internal business partners to provide routine analysis and reporting of Company Flex program performance, shape recommendations for program evolution, and evaluate employee/Business Unit impact. The Total
Rewards Specialist will:
Assist with implementing strategies to align programs with the Company's Total Rewards strategy globally and locally.
Support leadership by utilizing project management skills to assist with projects such as:
o The coordination, preparation, and execution of communication & training plans
o Preparing recurring weekly/monthly data analyses and reports on program performance, metrics, and key milestones
o Consolidate and distribute key leadership meeting minutes, follow ups, and deliverables as required to support program performance
Provide analytical support to the Company Flex team, complete internal analyses and audits.
Collaborate with other peers and stakeholders to review existing approaches to assessing programs and governance models and participate in the development of new/amended approaches.
Evaluate competitive market trends and participate in industry benchmarking studies.
Independently handle the day-to-day assigned tasks, initiatives and projects that arise
Assist with tracking metrics and other reporting requirements.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. An advanced degree is highly desirable (Master's/Ph.D. in HR, MBA in HR or other related concentration, OD, Org Psych, or related discipline).
A minimum of 6 years professional hands-on experience within HR including experience in compensation is preferred.
Strong analytical skills required. Must have the ability to define and measure plan performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvements and savings. Experience with data analysis tools and systems (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, etc.) to visualize information and trends is preferred.
Facilitation and project management experience (e.g., project plans, status reports, communication plans, risk management plans, milestones, deliverable charts) is preferred.
Strong leadership skills; operates as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences is preferred
Understanding and working knowledge of Compensation laws and regulations is preferred.
Good presentation and communication skills is required.
Influence, negotiation and consultative skills is required.
Global scope and responsibility experience strongly preferred.
This is a hybrid position, with in-office work located in New Brunswick, NJ for an estimated 2-3 days per week. This position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
