Controller / Assistant CFO:
We are a rapidly growing and dynamic consumer goods manufacturing business located in North Bergen, NJ. We are experiencing both organic and acquisition based growth. We are seeking a financial professional that is able to assist the CEO in the following areas:
- Monthly reporting and closings
- Financial Analysis including detail product cost review
- Analyze efficiencies of the operations and identify process flow improvements
- Financial System consolidation and improvements
- Implementing “Dashboard” reporting and Oversee System Conversion
- Utilizing Technology to streamline financial processes.
- Full control over finance and administrative department managing an office with 8 employees.
- Ability to prepare business plan and attract investments.
- Assure compliance with all regulating authorities
Requirements
- 10 years prior experience in similar roll
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Exceptional Computer Skills and fluency
- In-depth understanding of QuickBooks
- High-level accounting and monthly closing experience
- Prior Manufacturing industry experience
- Cost Accounting Basics
- System Analysis
