Busy construction company looking for an organized Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, returns and payments. Position includes working closely with Director of Finance to create and analyze financial reports, conduct audits, bank reconciliations, A/R & A/P transactions, and taxes.
Position is flexible and can be full time or part time hours, based on preference and ability to handle work load in Part Time setting. Full Time hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Track expenses, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the company
Maintain database for accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensure timely processing of quarterly and monthly sales tax
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis
Prepare reports for job costing
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Qualifications:
2+ minimum years working as Bookkeeper
Proficient in QuickBooks or similar software
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Strong organization and analytical skills
