ML INC., from Passaic, NJ a Commercial General Contracting and Construction Management Company seeks dependable experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager who is familiar with the construction industry. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Certified payroll reports
- Experience in data entry, Microsoft Excel formulas, spreadsheets, QuickBooks / MS Office
- Detail Oriented, Problem Solver, Multi-tasker
- Possess Organizational Skills
- Must have excellent Work Ethic
- Able to adapt to change quickly, and work well under pressure
- Manage relationships with clients and subcontractors and strong communication skills are necessary.
- Fluent in English / Polish
