Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
Process payroll for field and office staff
Handle prevailing wage documentation and certified payroll reports
Part Time 24 Hours/Week flexible
Qualifications:
Light bookkeeping experience
Quick Books
Construction industry, AIA contracts and payroll experience strongly preferred
