What we do. We are Divorce Financial Forensics, Valuators, and Planners. Ultimately we help attorneys, Courts, and clients in the divorce process find and understand the assets involved in the divorce. We are a boutique firm by design with offices in regional areas.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our forensic finance/accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting financial data, maintaining records, and ensuring the integrity of financial documents. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in data entry software.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter financial transactions, statements, and account data into accounting software
Review and verify financial documents for accuracy and completeness
Maintain and update accounting records and spreadsheets
Assist with reconciliations of accounts, bank statements, and financial reports
Identify and correct data entry errors to maintain accuracy
Support the forensic and valuation team with administrative tasks and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Organize and store financial records securely and efficiently
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred
MUST HAVE previous experience in data entry, accounting, or finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
This is a in person full time position with paid sick, vacation, and company holidays.
