Family in Essex County household manager and bookkeeper to act as the primary point of contact for all vendors.
This professional oversees scheduling, contracts, quality control, and budgeting and payment across several properties.
Our family looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help with:
Managing vendors and bills across three homes including landscapers, pest control, pool maintenance, and housekeeping
Overseeing tax and insurance paperwork and renewals
Run accounting software (Sage or Quickbooks)
Light IT support (email setup, troubleshooting, organizing files)
Coordinating and managing communications for community service roles
What we’re looking for:
Organized, trustworthy, and proactive
Experience with accounting software and technology for family household or small business
Problem solver with Strong communication skills
Spanish speaker is a plus
Hours & Pay:
Part-time (10-20 hours / month), flexible hours (mostly in person)
Compensation ($50-$60 / hour) negotiable depending on experience
