Non-profit small company is looking for a parttime bookkeeper.
Must have experience with QuickBooks Online.
Experience with non-profit a plus.
Can work on location or remotely.
Position Overview: As the Bookkeeper, you will report directly to the CAO, and your primary responsibilities will be to maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; post transactions, and invoicing.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
Maintains accounts by verifying and posting transactions monthly
Balances accounts by reconciling entries
Maintains general ledger
Prepares financial reports information and trends
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
1-3 years of experience working in accounts payable and receivable
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
