We are wholesaler of household products in Passaic, NJ. Now We are hiring a Full-time office clerk (IN PERSON POSITION)
Job Main tasks:
Answer or make phone calls or emails to some customers regarding order details
Scan all invoices and documents into QuickBooks
Organizing and maintaining folders for all invoices, statements and other documents as needed.
Data Entries and other paper works assigned
Execute other jobs when assigned
Required Experience & Skills:
MUST HAVE TO-DO working attitude
A minimum 2-year’ office working experience
QuickBooks Desktop – experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Well versed and experience with Microsoft programs especially Excel
