As our company grows, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Home Restoration & Content Packout Manager to join our team. Content Care LLC specializes in providing emergency packout services with a focus on reliability, professionalism, and care. Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic manager to build, train, and lead our Northern New Jersey operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content restoration or the restoration industry, with a proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and manage day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Build and maintain relationships with restoration companies, public adjusters, and TPAs through door-to-door meetings and other outreach efforts.

- Participate in BNI meetings and other networking events to generate leads and enhance the company’s presence in the market.

- Utilize online directories, social media, and other platforms to expand the company’s network and business opportunities.

2. Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals.

- Monitor inventory processes, ensuring accurate documentation and safe storage of clients' belongings.

3. Claims and Insurance Coordination:

- Work closely with insurance companies, utilizing Xactimate to manage and process claims effectively.

- Ensure all operations align with insurance requirements and industry standards.

4. Customer Service:

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of the customer experience.

- Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain the company’s reputation for excellent service.

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- MUST HAVE a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in home restoration / content packout or the broader restoration industry, particularly in the sales aspect of the business.

- Experience with Xactimate and working with insurance companies on claims is required.

-Inventory management and customer service experience in the packout industry is a must

- Skills:

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

- Proficiency in inventory management and operational oversight.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Education:

- High school diploma, college degree or equivalent is a plus;

- Relevant certifications in restoration or content management are a plus, particularly IIRC certification:

Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)

Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
