Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time club executive assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, strong organizational skills, and a knack for customer service. This role requires flexibility in hours, including availability on evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Venue Showings:
Conduct tours for potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Broad & 8th Venue.
Answer inquiries about the venue, pricing, and availability.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Facility Operations:
Oversee the overall operation and maintenance of the venue.
Ensure the venue is clean, organized, and ready for each event.
Coordinate with management, cleaning staff and vendors to maintain high standards.
Event Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage the backend of events, including setup, teardown, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Social Media Management:
Engage with the community on social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online presence.
Administrative Duties:
Manage bookings, contracts, and client communications.
Maintain accurate records of event schedules, payments, and client interactions.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process.
Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
