We specialize in office furniture delivery and installation. As Project Manager you will be responsible for each project from initial walkthrough to final punch list completion. You will coordinate with clients, installers and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. This is a hands-on role that requires site presence, communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Lead and document pre-projects site walkthroughs
Coordinate delivery, installation and closing out of projects
Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients throughout the project
Maintain detailed project timelines
Ensure accurate and timely site photos are taken throughout the project for client records
Conduct onsite visits during installation to monitor progress and resolve any issues
Final walkthrough / document punch list and forward to office
Collaborate closely with operations, installation teams and customers
Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience in office furniture field
Familiar with major office furniture brands (e.g. Steelcase, Smith System, Global, Knoll, etc.)
Strong time management, multitasking and communication skills
Comfortable working on job sites and interacting with contractors, installers and clients
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits
Knowledge of Fieldwire software a plus
Most projects are located in NYC (5 boroughs)
