Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 12 PM
Location: Shield Self Storage
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent service
Manage phone calls, mail and emails
Handle rental agreements and payments
Maintain accurate records and files
Assist with facility maintenance and customer inquiries
Outgoing calls to customer
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
Willing to learn new computer programs
