BUSY MOVING COMPANY LOOKING TO HIRE OFFICE REP
FULL TIME POSITION
- Looking for a self-motivated individual for customer service and data entry for busy Moving Company.
Answering phone calls
Responding to general emails
Sending and receiving packages or mail on behalf of the company
Sorting documents
Updating records
Filing paperwork
Scanning or printing document copies
Making sure office environment is presentable
Greeting people as they enter the office
SKILLS:
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong typing and computer skills.
Beneficial but not required: Past customer service experience (in any field)
Past call center experience a plus.
Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Bi-lingual is a huge plus!
