POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls, inputting information into a CRM system, responding to emails, minimal frontline tech support, and dispatching field staff
EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service, Call Center, or Support Center experience preferred but not necessary.
AVAILABILITY:
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and over nights.
SKILLS:
Must be:
Punctual, polite, & professional.
A good communicator and listener.
Eager to learn new tasks.
Level headed in difficult situations, reacting quickly and positively.
Must have:
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Ability to correspond in a professional manner, both verbally and in written form.
Basic typing and computer data entry skills.
