We are seeking a reliable and responsible candidate for a Customer Service position.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Handle inbound calls promptly and manage outbound calls as necessary.
- Research and verify information provided by customers using online resources.
- Follow communication scripts while addressing various technical topics and issues.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to inquiries.
- Supply customers with information about products and services as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Professional work ethic.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Active listening skills with the ability to resolve customer issues.
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications.
- Ability to identify and escalate priority issues.
- Manage and update customer data by entering and editing information as needed.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
