We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with prior experience in the moving industry. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with scheduling, estimates, and move-related questions, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate quotes and detailed move information
Handle booking, scheduling, and follow-up communications
Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
Coordinate with dispatchers, movers, and sales team as needed
Maintain organized records of all customer interactions
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the moving industry (REQUIRED)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of common moving industry software and terminology
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
