Job Description:
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering delicious Italian meals from our kitchen to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring that food arrives fresh, hot, and on time. You’ll also provide friendly customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders promptly and safely to customers within the designated delivery area.
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders.
Assist in packaging food orders for delivery when needed.
Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Help with minor in-store tasks during slower periods (e.g., order preparation, cleaning).
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable vehicle
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to navigate efficiently using a GPS or maps.
Must be able to lift and carry bags of food (up to 20 lbs).
