One of The Tri-States Largest Cleaning Company is aggressively seeking a Janitorial Cleaning Supervisor who is a highly organized and detail oriented person.
This person must have 3 years of Janitorial Experience and detail knowledge of scheduling and supervising employees and inspecting buildings. Your main responsibility will be doing Daily inspections of those buildings that you are assigned to.
This is a PART - TIME position Monday - Friday, availability on weekends may be required as needed.
Knowledge of the Janitorial Industry a MUST!
Must have reliable transportation and a clean drivers license.
Car Allowance and expenses paid for.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have prior Janitorial Supervisor experience.
Excellent computer skills are a must Very detail oriented and follows tasks and projects through to completion.
Must know how to use Microsoft Excel and Word
English and Spanish speaking preferred
Must be a go-getter!

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $22,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year depending on hours, 20 -30 hours per week.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 20-30 hours per week during second shift

Custodial experience: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: In the field, one day per week in corporate office
