Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Ambassador. In this role, you will be the face of our pool facility, ensuring that all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the pool facility.
- Provide information about pool rules, programs, and events.
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Monitor pool activity to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of pool events and activities.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support the lifeguard team with non-lifeguarding tasks as needed.
- Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety and regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred, but not required).
