Primary Function
Join a growing team of professionals in a fun work environment at the new Sharkeys Cuts for Kids in Tenafly, NJ. In this role, you will have multiple leadership roles to ensure the smooth daily operation of Sharkeys Cuts for Kids Tenafly, NJ.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the receptionist desk and fulfill receptionist duties including but not limited to: Booking and cancelling appointments, answering phone calls, addressing client questions and concerns, product sales, and all store transactions.
Manage employee and client relationships
Serve as the point of contact for staffing issues and schedule coordination; Cover open shifts as needed
Monitor and restock store inventory; Organize displays
Run reports for product sales, new clients, and others, as needed
Obtain photo releases from clients and take photos of the store and clients for social media during operating hours
Push product sales
Complete opening and closing duties; Ensure that stylists complete opening and closing duties
Be available to represent and promote Sharkeys Cuts for Kids Tenafly, NJ at local events
Support stylists need to ensure smooth operation of the store and an enjoyable and fun experience for customers
