We are seeking responsible, patient, and experienced Driving Instructors to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will provide behind-the-wheel instruction to students preparing for their driver’s license. You will teach defensive driving techniques, traffic laws, and safe driving habits while ensuring a positive and encouraging learning experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one driving instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels
Teach safe driving practices, traffic laws, and driving techniques
Monitor and evaluate student progress
Schedule lessons and maintain accurate records
Ensure the safety of students and yourself during lessons
Maintain company vehicles in good condition
Qualifications:
Valid NJ driver’s license with a clean driving record
Valid Driving Instructor license
Prior experience as a driving instructor preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, responsible, and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
