We are looking for fun and energetic LEAD and ASSISTANT Teachers for our school.
Daily Responsibilities
Our Lead and Assistant Teachers work together to:
§ Meeting the individual's needs of the children
§ Parent communication.
§ Participation in staff and training meetings.
Lead Teachers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Primrose Quality Assurance standards. Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!
Assistant Teachers assist the Lead Teacher with the above-noted responsibilities. Primrose School of Florham Park offers competitive compensation and benefits based on experience, education, and certifications.
Requirements Job Requirements
Lead Teacher Qualifications:
§ Prior classroom experience
§ Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
§ Strong written and communication skills
Assistant Teacher Qualifications:
§ Prior childcare experience
§ Infant teacher must have prior experience with infants or young toddlers
Each Primrose School is privately owned and operated but follows the same belief and philosophy as the parent and original company. Our school serves families with children from ages six weeks of age through private Kindergarten, including an after school program and summer camp. Our after school program is for children up to 12 years of age.
¦ Must meet all Primrose Schools and local, state or national basic health requirements as well as other requirements.
¦ First Aid training, CPR, as required.
¦ Must complete all necessary company employment and payroll forms.
¦ In states where required, personnel will have a fingerprinting and/or criminal
investigation report completed.
