Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at our office in Livingston . This is a full-time position that requires in-person presence during regular business hours. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Principals and support other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette.

Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Assist Architectural and Engineering staff with administrative duties related to their projects

Utilize computer literacy to handle various office tasks efficiently.

Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks as needed

Required Experience and Skills:

Either a secretarial or administration background

Some common courses in a one- or two-year certificate or associate's program that will prepare you for a career in scheduling administration including office management, computer applications, business communication, business correspondence, and administrative procedures

Fully literate with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.

Familiar with project management and construction knowledge very helpful

Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment

Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effective
