Fire Escape inspector:
-NJ based engineering company looking to hire a fire escape inspector for summer overflow work.
-We currently have a need for one full-time inspector for approximately the next 2 - 3 months.
Qualifications
-Architecture or engineering students will be given preference. Good summer position for resume building.
-Able to work independently with own transportation.
-Capable of report writing and photo reports using Microsoft word.
-Must be able to climb a 15ft ladder.
-Able to access fire escapes: mostly two and three-story multi-family homes and garden apartments.
-Effectively handle summer heat and humidity.
-Starting pay offered at $25/hr plus travel expense at $0.60/mile.
-Position offered as employee to the company with state required Workers Compensation Insurance.
-No other insurance or benefits currently offered.
