Project Architect/Project Manager needed to work for the in-house design team of a prominent real estate developer, focused on market rate and condo housing throughout New Jersey. Will work from earliest phases of acquisition due diligence through all phases of design and construction close-out.
Role will be focused on managing external design consultants (hired design firms), overseeing the design through construction documents produced, providing feedback, coordinating with development teams, consultants and working through Construction Administration of wood frame, multi family developments, and "stick over platform" built mixed use properties. Will act as liaison between finance and development, design and construction groups. Will ensure design intent, resolve technical issues and guide construction teams as well as provide timely design solutions in the field.
Must have BArch, with 5-10+ years experience. AutoCAD, Construction Administration experience required. Prior experience in Project Management, coordinating with consultants and trades. Registration preferred, but not required.
Hybrid work schedule. 2 - 3 days in office weekly with site visits required on an as needed basis.
