Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for innovative design, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail. You will work on a variety of projects, from concept to completion, contributing to the design, drafting, and development of architectural plans that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop innovative and functional design concepts tailored to client needs.
-Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD and other design software.
-Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
-Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
-Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes to inform design decisions.
-Present design proposals and solutions to clients and stakeholders effectively.
-Coordinate with fabricators and contractors to oversee the implementation of design elements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Or relevant certification.
-Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).
-Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Knowledge of building codes, regulations, permit applications and construction techniques.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
