Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with menu selections
Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items following company recipes
Ensure food presentation meets brand standards
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while providing friendly service
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Great communication and teamwork skills
Prior food service experience is a plus but not required
Availability on weekends and holidays is preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
