We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Barback to support our bar staff and keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
Position Overview:
As a Barback, you’ll work directly with our bartenders and front-of-house team to ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the hospitality industry, with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware,etc
Clean and maintain bar, service areas, and guest areas
Assist bartenders during busy service hours
Remove trash and recycling; keep the bar organized and clutter-free
Prep garnishes, syrups, and replenish bar supplies
Follow health and safety standards
Support overall restaurant operations as needed
Requirements:
Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Weekend and evening availability required
