Job Description:
Join our team at Barrel and Brew, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser/Barback to support our front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the bar and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service. This includes clearing and resetting tables, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils, and wiping down surfaces.
- Assisting Bartenders: Support bartenders by restocking ice, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies. Help with basic drink preparation and ensure the bar area remains clean and orderly.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and friendly assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met. Deliver food and drinks to tables as needed and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
