We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team!
The ideal candidate is:
Clean and organized – maintains a tidy work area and follows proper food safety guidelines.
Knowledgeable in the coffee concept – understands the craft of coffee, from espresso preparation to milk steaming, and has a passion for great customer experiences.
Reliable and team-oriented – shows up ready to work and contribute positively to the team.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
Providing friendly and attentive customer service.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
Assisting with daily shop operations as needed.
Requirements:
Previous barista or café experience preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is welcome.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
